What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted 14 days from the purchase date free of charge provided the glasses are unworn, unused and still in their original condition and accompanied by all the original packaging and proof of purchase.
What warranty do you offer with your sunglasses?
We offer a 6-month warranty from date of purchase and guarantee our glasses to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects. Any sunglasses received in a defective condition or which become defective through normal wear and tear during the first 6 months can either be exchanged for new or the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) fully refunded. This warranty does not include scratches to lenses, shatter damage to stone frames due to dropping, sitting on or general lack of care. See our Terms and Condition’s page for further details.
How can I make a warranty claim?
All warranty claims must be submitted direct to Bambusee. You will need to contact email@example.com and provide a photo of your damaged sunglasses and your proof of purchase. Bambusee will review your claim and if accepted send you an email with the address to return the sunglasses to us.
How do I return my sunglasses?
Pack and secure your sunglasses in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a copy of the email received from Bambusee. Ideally the sunglasses should be dispatched using a shipping company with a tracking facility. You will then know when the package arrives and it is not lost in transit. Bambusee is not responsible for any packages sent to us that may be lost in transit.
When will my card be refunded?
Once Bambusee receives your package your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. For a refund, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit/debit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. With regards an exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and re-authorise a new payment for your exchange. How long will it take to get a pair of sunglasses covered by warranty replaced? Your claim will be processed in 7 days. Once processed, replacement sunglasses will be sent to you immediately at the address provided with the original order.
